INSETA Stakeholder Survey

INSETA is in a process of conducting its stakeholder satisfaction survey. The survey is aimed at determining the satisfaction levels of various stakeholders on the overall performance of the organisation. The survey further aims to get detailed feedback from stakeholders about every aspect of its service as this will assist in identifying areas of concern and improvement in line with the recently launched Excellence model, which is centred around four strong pillars (People, Mandate, Systems and Impact).

To this end, BMI-TechKnowledge (BMI-T) is appointed to conduct this stakeholder perception survey. BMI-T is a reputable and professional market research consultancy, with years of experience in the field of customer perception research. We encourage you to please set aside time to complete this survey as the results of the survey will create better value while we strive to enhance our relationship.

Should you have any queries with regards to this survey, please contact the INSETA Stakeholder Relations Manager, Ms. Saloshnee Govender at SaloshneeG@inseta.org.za
